Hi, I’m Kevin Grant. As part of the Adrienne Lord Team at House & Haven Real Estate, I support our clients with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and client service developed over nearly two decades in corporate leadership.

I spent 18 years with Comcast in senior marketing roles, where I developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and strategic positioning—skills that translate directly into helping our clients navigate today’s real estate market. I also hold an MBA from Emory University, further strengthening my business and analytical approach.

A graduate of Furman University, I played collegiate tennis and remain active in the sport today. That background often becomes a natural connection point with clients and reflects the discipline, focus, and competitive mindset I bring to every transaction.

Having lived in St. Johns County for over 25 years, I have a deep appreciation for the community, its neighborhoods, and the lifestyle it offers—especially its highly rated school system. I enjoy helping clients find not just a house, but the right place to call home.

While Adrienne leads the day-to-day operations of the team, I remain actively involved in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
