Hello, I’m Adrienne Lord. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with House & Haven and co-founder of Lord-Grant Homes. I’m proud to call St. Johns County home and have built my business around helping clients successfully navigate the Northeast Florida market, including Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and beyond.
With more than a decade in real estate and an extensive corporate background, I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to every transaction. Prior to real estate, I spent over 11 years with Oracle as a Senior Director of Education Sales, following earlier roles in the software and technology space. I also hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which influences how I approach negotiations, client communication, and the overall buying and selling experience.

Hi, I’m Kevin Grant. As part of the Adrienne Lord Team at House & Haven Real Estate, I support our clients with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and client service developed over nearly two decades in corporate leadership.
I spent 18 years with Comcast in senior marketing roles, where I developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and strategic positioning—skills that translate directly into helping our clients navigate today’s real estate market. I also hold an MBA from Emory University, further strengthening my business and analytical approach.
